Shipping policy

We ship worldwide with tracking on every order.
USA and Canada orders ship from our USA facility. All other destinations ship from Europe.

1) Processing and dispatch
* Tuesday to Friday: orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same day.
* Monday: orders ship the next business day.
* Weekend orders are processed on Monday.
* A shipping confirmation with tracking is emailed as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

2) Shipping options and typical timing

Standard Shipping

* Timing: typically 5-8 business days, depending on the country and local carrier service

Express Shipping
* Price: from 0.00 USD
* Timing: typically 2–4 business days
* Carriers: UPS, DHL, FedEx

Priority Shipping
* Availability: select countries only
* Timing: typically 1–2 business days
* Pricing shown at checkout when available

Final rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout for your address. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. Transit time starts when your order ships.

3) Tracking
* Every parcel includes a tracking number.
* Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the first scan to appear.

4) Important notes
* Timing may vary by country. Weather, customs, and local carrier volumes can affect delivery.
* Peak season notice: during November–December, deliveries can take longer due to high demand.
* Duties and taxes: international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are the recipient’s responsibility.
* Address accuracy: we ship to the address provided at checkout. Contact us quickly if you need a change. Once shipped, rerouting may not be possible.
* Lost or damaged: if tracking stalls or an item arrives damaged, contact support with your order number and photos so we can help with a fast solution.
