Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@detectivemysterymasters.com. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@detectivemysterymasters.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Similarly, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All returned items must have tags still on and be in original product packaging, with no visible signs of wear or use.

Exchanges: The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the unwanted item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Conditions of Return or Exchange: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds: After we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Should more than 15 business days pass since we approved your return, please contact us at support@detectivemysterymasters.com.

Right of Withdrawal: Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days without giving any reason. This withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a written letter sent by post, or email) to support@detectivemysterymasters.com.
Upon the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please note that you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
