It was a great time. It was about 1.5 hours with a group of 5 to finished it. Definitely recommended. My only thing that struggled up that there are misspelled words, and that people's ages were different from their profile. So I would love for that to be fixed.

The Van Hout Story

It was very fun! I feel like they should tell you USE THE HINTS in the QR code we just thought it was if you were stuck. Also the “secret website” was impossible to get to the roommate question was unfounded anywhere in the game even with reddit’s help. We would have never guessed the killer it was barely brought up ever, nothing to suggest who it was but otherwise great! Love all the evidence given it makes it so real

This was a very exciting and eventful adventure. We had a team of 8 people and all of us were FOCUSED on solving the case. The interactive elements really impressed the group and as we opened more envelopes the we got louder. So much suspicion, so much laughter. The debates grew hot!! Lot's of cheers at the end of the mystery and we can't wait to solve the next one.

Detective Gift Wrap

So we hosted a murder mystery dinner with a group of friends and it was nothing short of amazing. We all were able to participate and play a part. The story was cultivating and kept us on the edge. It took us a total of 3 hours and was so much fun. The only thing i wish was done better was part 2 and 3. I wish we got that material physically as well instead of digitally.

While 2 of the mysteries came sealed nicely, one came opened, unsealed and with the documents out of order resulting in one of our players reading the final case report to themselves to kick things off as it was on top of the pile. Some extra care to arrange the documents in the correct order of play (or at least keeping the intro docs at the top) would go a long way to ensure an enjoyable experience

Triple Threat: 3-in-1 Detective Case Set

Yesterday we had a little Halloween Game Night at our house 🥰 I have a few friends who, like me, are really into crime games, so "Virgina 1982 - The Vanishing Act" by @detectivemysterymasters ended up on our table yesterday 😍 It was just super super cool 😍 The principle of the game is simple, you are given a case, various clues and clues and then you have to solve this case. I love it ❤️ the structure and story of the story was incredibly exciting ✨️ The included clues led us to solving the case easily ☺️ The game is in English but can also be played easily by German speakers without any difficult terms. We all had a lot of fun 😍 This was definitely not the last case we solved with the Detective Mystery Masters 🧐❣️

CASE #3 Virginia 1982: The Vanishing Act

Great bundle package! We were playin’ those games with my wife and her family during holidays near the lake. All 3 cases were really cool, we spent like 3+ hours on each one, but we had lots of people going through documents and had to explain some details to the younger ones, so the time should be shorter for smaller groups or couples. In our case: detective games, pizza in the oven and lots of laughs = great combo for a fun evening. Def gonna be waiting for new games in future!

Ultimate Mystery Bundle: All 5-in-1

Tried out Icy Grave of Pinecrest Peak. The case was tricky but really engaging. Even my cat seemed to enjoy batting at the game pieces. It was a unique experiance—I don’t usually play games like this, but it was totally worth it. Would def recomend if you’re looking for something different to do on a game night!

Ordered the 5in1 bundle after seeing the ad on FB. We’ve played too games so far – Van Hout and Icy Grave. Attached is a picture of Van Hout (sorry, dont have one of all of us playing). The games where really well made. I’ve never played this tipe of game before, so it was a new and fun experiance for me and my brother’s family. We’re planning to play The Vanishing Act next week. The card games are pritty cool too. During the warm-up, I realized I’ve lost alot of the random facts I new back in collage! DHL shipping was quick – just 2 days. We very much enjoyed the first experience with solving a crime case. It was a very nice and different way of spending a night indoors. However, unfortunately the package we received was not complete - we received twice envelope 5 instead of envelope 4 and 5. It resulted in skipping a part of the plot, leading is to the solution too quickly. It was nonetheless possible to download all the material but the surprise effect of solving the case was gone nonetheless. Overall, a very nice experience, fast delivery. We recommend and surely will try to get next cases in the future.

They were super kind and reliable when my package got a problem and managed professionally to deliver it right. Came pretty fast and the game is super fun! I specially like the card game (mostly because English is not my first language so it takes very short time to get your head in the game) but my sisters were totally into the mystery case! I bought the Van Hout file case and just one page had a remarkable wrinkle due to the size of the folder, but everything else came in perfect condition! It would be great if they ship the games in a small box the next time though! 9.5/10 Would buy again ✨✨

I was bamboozled when I got the 1st round of deductions wrong. But I like that there is a sequence of events as we slowly unravel the mysteries tied to the case. It's only a few documents, but the devil is in the details. Took me 3.5 hours to really get through each step of the investigation. I'm running the game with my friends tomorrow, and I think they will be equally as slow as I was.

Honestly this was mostly junk. I bought it for my wife because we love physical escape rooms and thought this'd be good now we have a little one and can't get out for long. The clues are complete leaps of logic with no reasonable direction as to why you'd think of it in the first place. Recommend the group behind this go do some physical escape rooms and pick up some tips and tricks for how to lay out these puzzles in a way that feels rewarding when you get the answers rather than just asking yourself "really? that's what they wanted me to figure out?" Don't buy.
